Order Changes and Cancellation
We understand that you may need to make changes after placing an order. For this reason, we may be able to assist with certain modifications within 24 hours of placing your order.
Within this time frame, you may request the following changes:
Cancel your order
Decrease the quantity of an item
Remove an item from your order
After the 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing or preparing for shipment, and we may no longer be able to make changes.
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make the following modifications:
Add additional items or increase item quantities
Change the payment method or apply a gift card
Change the shipping address
If you are unable to modify your order in time, please do not worry. Our Hassle-Free Return Policy allows you to return eligible items if necessary.
International Shipping
Customers may place orders through preferentialproducts.com and request shipping to international addresses, depending on availability and shipping service coverage.
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, you may also use our Personal Shopper service to complete your order.
We accept payment cards with international billing addresses, including cards issued by non-U.S. financial institutions, making it easier for customers around the world to shop with us.
Shipping Address Options
For registered customers, the checkout process is simple and convenient. When you proceed to checkout while logged into your account, all previously saved shipping addresses associated with your account will automatically appear as available shipping options.
You may also choose to add a new shipping address during checkout if you would like to send your order to a different location.
Please make sure that all shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.00 per order. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on the shipping destination and local delivery conditions.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, transportation delays, weather conditions, or local courier services.
